100 Themes: No. 88 Epic-Ness

This time, the theme I picked, out of the 100 themes I am going to do, is #88: EPIC-NESS!

I was actually doodling on a blank sheet of paper and this concept kind of popped into my head. You know those very cliche hero/action/adventure shounen series where the main character at some point loses something very near and dear to their hearts so they start to question their sense of justice and then go crazy/mad? (Well, maybe you don't...or you were just confused by my convoluted question...)

I decided to make this page to just represent the epic-ness portion of that part of the hero's story arc. So basically, if you guys absolutely NEED a story to go along with it, it's this:

This guy named...Guy, was totally bashing the evil villain guys up when all of a sudden, they killed his girlfriend, Girl. So, Guy became enraged at Girl's death, so he went on a mad rampage of which you see the effects above. Guy has the power to control fire, so maybe not a great idea on the villain's part to make him mad... But Guy is angsting at the moment and wishing for everyone to die. If the Guy has sidekicks/companions in this story, they're probably getting fried as we speak.

Made it up off the top of my head, so very sorry if it doesn't sound very fulfilling. lol~

Anyway, I just wanted some practice with an epic, action-y scene. I'm actually kind of proud of this one since it's the first one I did of this calibur. XP I think I am getting better with screentoning. Bluh...the flames were the hardest part and took me the longest time. T_____T
